Cmedsoap中藥面膜用法： （推薦熱敷）

1⃣清潔面部 
2⃣1湯匙的面膜粉倒入碗中。(大約10g) 

3⃣ 不同膚質使用的介質： （強烈推介熱敷）

簡易用法
 ➡全部面膜粉均可以用2湯匙熱滾水混合，稍微放涼再溫敷 。

➡油性/混合性膚質: 
a. 將1湯匙熱豆漿

 ➡中性/乾性膚質: 
 a. 將1湯匙熱牛奶 or 
 b. 1-2茶匙熱牛奶和1茶匙蜜糖 倒入碗中與面膜粉混合。 

4⃣把混合物塗抹於臉上，20-30分鐘後用清水洗去。 

5⃣洗淨後用基礎護膚品滋潤保濕。 

可自行調校面膜粘稠度，如太結加多點液體，太水加多點粉，最重要自己敷得舒適

注意事項: 
使用前應在手腕或耳背進行皮膚敏感測試。若用後出現紅腫等敏感反應，應立即停止試用。
